11月26日，中国能建西南院总承包的国电投当雄羊易光伏增配储能项目并网投运。
据了解，当雄羊易光伏电站增配储能项目海拔4700米，是世界上海拔最高的储能电站。项目建成填补了超高海拔光伏储能电站领域的空白，可有效促进当地新能源消纳，助力缓解西藏结构性缺电压力，对于提高地区供电能力、改善电网调峰能力具有重要意义。项目投运后，可实现光伏平滑出力、自动跟踪调频、双向变流控制等功能，显著提升光伏电站的灵活调节能力、大幅减少弃电量。每年可增加电站上网电量约260万千瓦时，满足西藏当地约900户居民一年用电。
